Four towers, one vision
The Deutsche Bank Triangle, also known as FOUR Frankfurt, is a major property project in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. The project comprises the construction of four striking high-rise buildings that will significantly shape the cityscape of Frankfurt with heights of 233, 179, 128 and 104 metres. The tallest tower will be Germany's third tallest building and will also offer the highest usable floor in the city of Frankfurt. Deutsche Bank, one of the largest banks in Germany, is the initiator of this ambitious construction project. The four high-rise buildings that give this project its name are part of a larger urban development concept aimed at renewing and enriching Frankfurt's skyline. In addition to the high-rise buildings, the project also includes public squares and roof terraces, green spaces and facilities to improve the quality of life in the neighbourhood.
The architecture of the buildings is modern and innovative, and the skyscrapers are designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The height and design of the towers are expected to become a new landmark for Frankfurt and further strengthen the city as an international financial centre. In addition, the Deutsche Bank Triangle is also expected to create a large number of jobs and boost the local economy by attracting new shops, restaurants and other facilities within the complex.
Project overview
- The HVAC systems of the FOUR project were acoustically decoupled with 1,860 m² of REGUPOL vibration 300.
- The screed in the EDEKA supermarket has been acoustically decoupled with 2,550 m² of REGUPOL sound 12.
Technology meets quality of life
The HVAC systems of the FOUR project were acoustically decoupled with 1,860 m² of REGUPOL vibration 300. The recyclate-based material is used for structure-borne noise decoupling and vibration insulation. The use of this product minimises unwanted transmissions and creates a more pleasant and quieter environment for the occupants and users of the building. The externally monitored technical properties of REGUPOL vibration 300 help to ensure the high standards of comfort and quality of life expected in a prestigious construction project such as the FOUR Frankfurt.
In addition to various retail outlets, the mixed-use Tower 2 also houses a large EDEKA supermarket on the lower floors. The screed in this area of the building has been acoustically decoupled with 2,550 m² of REGUPOL sound 12. This effectively protects sensitive areas in the building from disruptive rolling and impact noise. Furthermore, the specifications in accordance with DIN 4109 ‘Sound insulation in building construction’ are reliably fulfilled through the use of the building authority-approved product REGUPOL sound 12.
