Skyliner Warsaw
Only seven metres from the building's entrance to the nearest metro station: who wouldn't want to work like that? In the case of the Warsaw Skyliner Tower, this immediate proximity to the public transport infrastructure is a given, as the building is located right next to the entrance to the Rondo Daszynskiego metro station.
Completed in 2021, the building is the sixth tallest building in Poland with a height of 195 metres. 94,000m² of space distributed over 50 floors offer room for various uses and functions. The above-ground floors house office space, which is the main use and accounts for the largest area, shopping areas and the entire operating technology. In addition, a two-storey skybar was integrated at a height of 165 metres. Underground, space is provided for over 400 cars and 500 bicycles. This offer is perfectly complemented by the public transport infrastructure mentioned at the beginning.
The building quality has been confirmed by BREEAM and WELL auditors. Furthermore, the Skyliner Tower has been awarded Class A Office Building status.
REGUPOL vibration 300 was used to soundproof the foundations of the building's technical systems. Adjacent areas are thus adequately protected against structure-borne noise.
